This is run as working farm and it’s important to be mindful and respectful of the farm and farm animals. The resident herd of beef cows mainly graze in the paddocks in the wet summers and on the pastures during the dry winters. Don’t put yourself at risk by walking close to the cattle. Electric fences and other farm implements are used by the farmer.

General household waste is collected on Monday’s. All refuse must be in bins and put out on collection day.
Garden refuse is collected on Friday’s.

All deliveries and contractors are to make use of the Contractors gate at the top of the Estate.
Homeowners can purchase a remote or phone the office for the code to the small gate between the Golf Club and the Estate.
New Homeowners to please contact the office regarding entry through the Village.
Homeowners can collect and sign for keys for the pool from the HOA office. The pool temperature is maintained between 26 – 28 deg.

Swimming lessons can be arranged during KZN school term times. Please contact the HOA office to obtain contact details for the swimming teacher.
