Welcome to Gowrie Farm, we hope you enjoy your visit. Please understand that Gowrie Farm is a private estate with some 45 permanent residential homes, we need to take care to ensure the privacy of the Homeowners.
Please find enclosed a map which details walking/cycling routes and which dams are available for fishing.
Visitors/guests are not permitted to bring dogs, quadbikes, scramblers, motorbikes onto the Estate.
Traversing over farm land is STRICTLY OUT OF BOUNDS TO ALL SHORT TERM RENTAL GUESTS.
Homeowners’ personal guests may traverse farm land if accompanied by the Homeowner.
ONLY the following roads may be used by visiting Cyclists/ Walkers and Joggers. Starting at the Main Security Gate – Gowrie Avenue, Waterford Avenue (which goes up to the Contractors gate) Glengowrie Avenue and Clubhouse Road.
ALL OTHER ROADS ARE OUT OF BOUNDS namely; Farm Road, Cottage Avenue, Little Crescent, Smythe Crescent and John King Road.
No traversing or walking on the Golf Course.
Gowrie Farm Homeowners Association accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury/accident or death whilst using these roads/paths.
The Farmer will not be responsible for any damage, loss of life or injury caused by illegal and reckless interaction with livestock.

Visitors are welcome to play golf at Gowrie Farm Golf Club but MUST book at the Pro Shop prior to playing.
The clubhouse is open for light meals during the day, and casual dining some Friday evenings
